super muggy this morning...

i woke up to disgusting weather this morning so my winter pieces decided to make a cameo today!

charcoal grey Valentino trench in my hand, Ksubi jeans, and black patent leather Dior Homme high-tops...

and the mohair sweater, layered over an American Apparel thermal, is Hedi Slimane's last collection for Dior Homme in Fall/Winter 2007...

last night was Bryan's sister's last night in town so i did dinner with her and the boys and stayed up chatting and giggling like a bunch of naughty schoolgirls til the wee hours of the morn...

i wake up to find out that the house of Givenchy has used Riccardo Tisci's personal assistant 'Lea T.' as model in their new ad campaign for Fall/Winter 2010 shot by Mert and Marcus in Paris. im kinda diggin the homoeroticism in the ads...way to go Givenchy!

so last night was the usual good night at the liz with gregory, brandon, and leila. i dont think ill ever get over my patron shots with a splash of tequila...its a sign that the night is bound to get better!

i went with a Dior Homme story yesterday: sunnies, red plaid shirt, and shoes...all by my former favorite fashion house. jeans by Bess NYC.

and i just now realized after viewing my last few posts that ive been wearing plaid a lot lately. maybe its time to lay off for a while...

i had the most chill Cinco de Mayo EVER: dinner and drinks at Habana! no screaming frat kids, no gnarly tequila shots...just some good street taco's, grilled corn, and beer (just to feel a little butch).

Palm Springs May 2010...

so i totally went to Palm Springs for a quick weekend get-away as a little prelude to summer. it was the first time i had ever stayed in Palm Springs and definitely not the last. i had the time of my life...great memories, great friends, great drinks, great weather. it was absolute perrrfection!

poolside at the Renaissance Hotel, where we stayed, enjoying my first drink of the trip: sunglasses by Yves Saint Laurent, tshirt by Morphine Generation, denim shirt by True Religion (sshhh dont tell anyone, we'll keep it our little secret!), cutoff denim shorts by Levi's, and shoes by Converse...

thanks to my good friend Emilio (who also provided as paparazzi for this whole trip), we stumble into the best bar of the trip: Spurline! im line dancing so god knows im having a good ol' time, obvi!
